State of New York, August 17, 1925, filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on October 5, 1925, under Map No. 212.
TOGETHER with.all the right, title and interest of the Parties of the First Part
in and to one-half (1/2) of the street abutting the premises, SUBJECT to the
rights of other owners of lots on said map to pass over and use the same.
