in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S., Riverhead, County of Suffolk, State of
New York, August. 17th, 19259 filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on October 5th, 1925, under Map Number 212, together
with all the right, title and interest of the seller, of, in and to
that portion of the road shown on said. lisp in front of adjacent to said
premises to the center line thereof, subject to the right of other
Ali owners of lots on said Map to pass over and use the same; Together with
tt:e right to pass upon and over a strip of land along the shore from
beyond lots Numbered One to Four both inclusive, for the purpose of

corporation, their successors or assigns, to the use of the streets,
avenues or roe da shown on said Map. for the purpose of laying and main-
taining gas and electric light, and water mains, stringing electric
lights, telephone and telegraph wires, placing of poles for the string-
ing of wires, or to make any improvements on said streets, avenues or
roads.

Realty Corporation, to Mildred M. Wood, by deed date on May 2nd, 1932,
end recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, on
