ALL that Plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and im-
provements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as and by Plot Number 82 on a certain map entitled,
"Amended Map of Mattituck Park Properties, Inc., Mattituck, New York"
said map being made by Daniel R. Young,-P.E. and L.S. from actual survey
completed July 11, 1924 and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 12th day of January 1926 as and by Map Number
801 (Abstract No. 368). ,,
TOGETHER with all rights and privileges, and subject to all coven-
ants and restrictions contained in prior deeds of record.
BEING the same premises conveyed by Mattituck Park Properties Inc.
to Mary E. Hamilton by deed dated June 15, 1926 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1250 at page 210
on the 3rd day of February, 1927; thereafter conveyed by Charles E.
Hamilton and Mary E. Hamilton on the 31st day of August 1945 to Vincent
J. Traynor and Barbara J. Traynor, recorded in the office of the Clerk
of. the County of Suffolk in Liber 2481 page 257 on the 11th day of
