along said easterly line and its extension northerly from the extension westerly
of the southerly line of Albo Drive; said point of beginning being the south-
westerly corner of land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by Katharine Baylis
Tuthill to Chester Lipsio;
from said point of beginning running along the last described land North 69
Degrees 13 Minutes 10 Seconds East 122.23 feet;

Seconds West 100.0 feet to the point of SWIMMING.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right of way leading
from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which said privilege is contained
- and recited in deed to GEORGE I. TUTHILL, at al., dated April ly, 1928 and
recorded August 13, 1928 in Suffolk county Clerk's Office in Liber 1368 of Deeds
at Page 24,
BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
October 16, 1962 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on November 26, 1962 in Liber 5269 Page 304,
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.

contained in former deeds.
