New York, New York, 10033, party of the firstpart,and . JEROME GUTH and MARGARET I. GUTH, his wife, both residing at 248 Audubon Avenue, New York, New York, 10033, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten ($10.00)________________________________________________- oliars, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,pieceor parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, at Mattituck, known and designated as and by, lot number eighty-four (84) and lot number eighty-five (85) on a certain map entitled "Amended Map of Property of Mattituck Park Properties, Inc., Mattituck, New York, made by Daniel R. Young, Surveyor", and which said map is on file in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County. TOGETHER with the right to the said parties of the second part and their heirs, successors and assigns to use in common with the other owners of lots shown on said map, the tract shown on said map as Sigsbee Park for park purposes, under such conditions, limitations and restrictions as ^-'g _,- y ^F she a-gt ..a_. ..._y. imposed, Such use to be such as in the unrestricted judgment of said party of the first part will not unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of said Sigsbee Park by the other owners of lots on said map. TOGETHER with a right of way over the Sigsbee Road shown on said map and over a right of way three rods wide running from Peconic Bay Boulevard over premises shown on said map to Peconic Bay. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises of which Martha Guth died seized, who acquired title by deeds recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2468, page 20, as to Lot 84 and Liber 2295, page 273, as to Lot 85 on the above mentioned map.
