WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being4n the at Laure} Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot #51 on
a certain map entitled, "Map of Loral Park, Daniel R. Young, Y. E. &
L. S., Riverhead, New York, August 19, 1925," filed in the office of
the Countv at Suffolk on October 5, 1925. under Map #212.
TOGETIt ER it, the right to pass upon and over a strip of land
in front of lots 1 to 4 both inc on said map for the purpose of
bathing, boating_' and outdoor sports and for ingress to and egress
from tine waters of Peconic Bay and subject to the right of other
owners on said map to pass over and use the same.
SUBJECT to a mortgage in the sum of §4,500., to
Daniel F. deBeixedon, now a lien of said property.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Margaret L. Seibert
by Deed, from Daniel F. de Beixedon, dated July 5, 1962, recorded
in the otfiee of the Clerk of the County of Su£folU, on July9/62.
