dated September 20th 1930, whi,.h said Map was filed in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Decembe r 2nd, 193D ae and by
the nap No. 212, together with all the right , title and interest of
the sellers, of, In and to that portion of the road shown on said Map
in front of and adjacent to said premises, subject to the right of
other owners on said Map to pass over and use the same.
