at 18 Maryland Boulevard, Hampton Bays, New York

WrrNESSEI'H,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
-lying and beingSZON at Laurel, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot #16 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Laurel Country Estates" , and filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 22, 1970 as Map No. 5486.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated March 15, 1978 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 27, 1978 in Liber 8405
Page 123.
This conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage execute
by Brian M. Lynch and Mary Jane Lynch as mortgagors to Riverhead Saving
Bank as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated 5/16/72 and recorded on
5/25/72 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in Liber
6370 of mortgages at page 106, which mortgage was consolidated with a
mortgage executed by Brian M. Lynch and Mary Jane Lynch as mortgagors
to Riverhead Savings Bank as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated 9/26/72
and recorded on 10/16/72 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
d " Suffolk, in Liber 6519 of mortgages at Page 140 and which mortgages
" were extended by an Extension Agreement dated 9/26/72 and recorded on
10/16/72 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in Liber
o� 6519 of mortgages at Page 136 and which mortgages were further extended
aria,. by an Extension Agreement dated 4/6/78 and recorded on 4/7/78 in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in Liber 8145 of
mortgages at Page 25 and on which mortgage there is now due the sum
of $32, 358. 65 and which mortgage debt and interest the parties of
the second part hereby assume and covenant to pay.

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
