WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

Property of Mattituck Park properties, Inc., Mattituck, New York",
made by Daniel R. Young, Surveyor, and which said map was filed in
the office of the Clerk of the county of Suffolk on January 12, 1926
as Map No. 801, which said lots; wh~n taken together, are more
particularly bounded and described, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of sigsbee
Road, distant 1,181.51 feet northerly from the corner formed by
the intersection of the westerly side of Sigsbee Road, with the
northerly side of peconic Bay Boulevard;
RUNNING THENCE South 69 degrees 22 minutes West, 143.55
feet to land now or formerly of John Eusing;
THENCE North 20 degrees 29 minutes West along saic last
mentioned land, 100 feet;
THENCE North 69 degrees 22 minutes East, 143.27 feet to
the westerly side of sigsbee Road~
THENCE South 20 degrees 38 minutes East along the westerly
side of sigsbee Road, 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
