WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being jj3dW at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, known and
designated as and by the Lot Nos. 28 and 29 on a certain map entitled,
"Amended Map of Property of Mattituck Park Properties, Inc., Mattituck,
New York" made by Daniel R. Young, Surveyor, and which said map was
filed in the Office of the Clerk,of the County of Suffolk on January
12, 1926 as Map No. 801, which said lots, when taken together, are
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Sigsbee Road, distant
1,181.51 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the westerly side of Sigsbee Road, with the northerly side of Peconic
Bay Boulevard; running thence South 69 degrees 22 minutes West,
143.55 feet to land now or formerly of John Hosing; thence North 20
degrees 29 minutes West along said last mentioned land, -feet;
thence North 69 degrees 22 minutes East, 143.27 feet to the westerly
sl7 of Sigsbee Road; thence South 20 degrees 38 minutes East along
the westerly side of Sig-Tee Road, 100 feet to thepoint or place of
beginning.
