This deed is executed and delivered for the sole purpose of
correcting an error .in the description of a certain deed from Eleanor
Diachun, as executor of the last will and testament of Theodore G_
Diachun to Eleanor Diachun dated June 3, 1991 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 23, 1991 in Liber 11320
Page 308, which deed comprises an area of 21 .428 acres and by error
included the 3.4 acres of property hereinabove described which is
owned by the Estate of Leo Diachun.
