BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the boundary line between land of
Diachun and land now or formerly of Robinson, 189.57 feet northerly
along said line from the intersection with the northerly line of
Peconic Bag Boulevard; running thence along land of Diachun four
courses as follows: (1) S. 690 45t 20e W. 78.0 feet to an iron pipe;
thence (2) N. 70. 141 10" W. 94.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence (3)
N. 200 14' 4011 W. 150.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence (4) N. 690 451
20" E. 150.0 feet t o an iron pipe, and land now or formerly of
Robinson; thence along said land S. 200 14' 40" E. 210.43 feet to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a Right of Way 50 feet in width from the Northwesterly
corner of premises, southerly about 450 feet to Peconic Bay Boulevard.
BEING AND INTENDED to be a part of the premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated October 5, 1962, and recorded
