THE CONVEYANCE hereunder issubjectto a certain mortgage
executed by Smith G. Pearsall and Betty T. Pearsall, his wife, to
j the Southold Savings Bank which mortgage is dated December 10, 1959
and was recorded on December lo, 1959 in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk, in Liber 3346 of mortgages at page 589, and
on which said mortgage there is now due and owing the sum of $9,595.20
with interest thereon at the rate of five and one-half (5s%) per centnml
per annum from the date hereof, and the grantees hereby assume and
covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the
consideration for this conveyance.
