BEING and intended to be the same premises previously conveyed to
.� the parties of the first part (sellers) by two (2) deeds dated
June 5, 1956, recorded June 11, 1956, in Liber 4126, at pages 121
and 123 respectively of conveyances in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk.
SUBJECT to public utility easement and reservation of record.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may reveal pro-
vided title is not thereby rendered unmarketable. Included in
this sale are all the rights of the sellers to a certain boat
basin and any other rights residents of the development may have
of record.
THE W15VTYPNGE hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed
by the parties of the first part as mortgagors to the Southold
Savings Bank as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated January 3, 1961
and was recorded on January 26th 1961, in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk, in Liber .3569 of mortgages, at Page 222 ,
and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of Nine Thousand
Seven Hundred Ninety-one &..SevEr/lOO (;19,791.07) with interest
thereon at the rate of Six Per cent (65=) per annum from July 25,
1961, and that the grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such
mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this
conveyance.
