New York, New York,
party of the second part.
WITNESSETH,that the party of the that part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or snceeasors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lyingandbeingiw7ta- at Laurel in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows: On the south by
Peconic Bay; on the west by lands of Osler, formerly of Robert W.
Wells; on the east by lands of Kelsey, formerly of Robert W. Wells;
on the north by Peconic Bay Boulevard.
Said lot of land extending back from high water mark a
distanceof 400 feet to said road and extending along said Peconic
Bay and said Road a distance of 100 feet.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the
parties of the first part 1n and to lands under the water of
Peconic Bay and within the bounds of Peconic Bay Boulevard
adjacent to said premises.
Together with and including all household furniture, -
furnishings, fixtures, equipment and personal property now
situated on and heretofore used in connection with the said
premises g and which are owned by the parties of the first part.
TEleesa IS premises herein being demised being the same premises
deeded by W. Natalie Wagner and N. Gardiner Rathbun to the parties of
the first part herein, to wit, Stephen A. Chilian and Blanche Chilian,
his wife, by deed July 28, 1949 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County, on the 8th day of August, 1949 in Liber 2978,
page 228 of Conveyances.
TOGETHER with all right,title and Interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streots and
