Thank you for the opportunity to introduce ourselves.
We the undersigned are members of GOOSE CREEK LANE SOUTH
HOMEOWNERSSOCIATION. Our mission is to preserve and maintain the road known as
Goose Creek lane/Private road #31.
Currently this road is owned by Suffolk County and one of the 19 rights of way the County
has offered to Southold Town.
Our deeds and/or titles include rights of way. water rights and easements that
guarantee access by this road and its footpath.
This Road Association and members wish to be notified of any considerations the Town
may have regarding purchase. sale or disposition of this property.
We also welcome the opportunity to assume this road and its maintenance on behalf of
the Association.
