filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October

described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of South Oakwood Road
where same is intersected by the Southerly line of a 12 foot wide
right of way which separates Lots 1 and 2 from Lot 5 on said map,
said point being distant 467 feet Southerly, as measured along the
Easterly side of.South Oakwood Road, from the corner formed by its

degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 163.0 feet;thence South 69 degrees
18 minutes 00 seconds West 130.0 feet to the Easterly side of South
Oakwood Road; and thence North. 20 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West
along the Easterly side of South Oakwood Road 163,0 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
