Young, Surveyor, which said mai is on file in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the Party of the first part over Sigsbee Road as shown on said map leading to Peconic Bay, Sigsbee Park and the main highway. TOGETHER with the right of the party of the second part, his heirs, distrubutees and assigns to use in camaon with the other owners of lots shown on said map, the tract shown on said map as Sigsbee Park for park purposes under such conditions, limitations and restrictions as may be imposed by the association of owners of lots on said map, but such restrictions will not interfere with the enjoyment of said Sigsbee Park by the owners of lots on said ma? including the Darty of the second part herein.
