paid by the party of the second part,do. hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, his distributees and assigns forever,all
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,.lying and being
in the Hamlet of Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of the Main Road leading from Riverhead to Greenport with the
westerly line of land formerly of Herbert Conklin, late of Barrett,
now of the Town of Southold; thence running along the northerly side
of said Main Road, the following two courses and distances: (1) South
67° 34' 30" West 10.99 feet; and (2) South 550 08' 00" West 204.01
feet to land now or formerly of Gilbert E. and Dorothy Wielt; thence
along said last mentioned land, the following three courses and
distances: (1) North 19° 07' 50" West 400 feet; (2) North 55' 08'00'
East 204.01 feet; (3) North 670 34' 30" East 10.99 feet to the
westerly line of land of the Town of Southold; and thence South
19° 07' 50" East along the last mentioned land 400 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above
described premises, to the center line thereof.
BEING AND. INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
parties of the first part by deed of Florence Mann dated the 22nd
day of December, 1960 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on December 29, 1960 in Liber 4927 of conveyances,
at page 584.
