her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain lot, piece or
parcel of land with the buildings and improvements erected thereon and
the furnishings therein, situate, lying and being at Laurel, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated
C4 as and by the lot No, forty-six (46) on a certain map entitled "Map of
Laurel Park" , in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. , Riverhead, New York, August
17th, 1925 filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
October 5,- 1925 -Ander Map No. 212, together with all the right, title
and interest of the parties of the first part, in and to that portion
of the road shown on said map in front of and adjacent to said premises
to the centre line thereof, subject to the right of other owners of
lots on said Map to pass over and use the same and subject to Covenants
and restrictions and reservations contained in former deeds of record
affecting said lots.
TOGETHER with the right to pass upon and over the strip of land
. along the shore front beyond lots No. 1 to 4 both inclusive for the
purpose of boating, bathing and outdoor sports and for ingress to and
egress from the waters of Peconic Bay.
