deed from Edward G. Abitz, dated August 5, 1952 and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on August 18, 1952 in Liber 3394
of Conveyances at page 461.
Subject to mortgage of record in favor of Harry Cerbie and Elsa
Cerbie, his wife, originally in the principal sono of $5,500.00, as
reduced.
