feet northerly along said easterly line from the northerly and of a
curve connecting said easterly line with the northerly line of Albo
12 & 13 Drive, said point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of
land of Fliss; from said point of beginning running along said
easterly line of Bray Avenue, N. 200 461 50" West 100.0 feet; thence
along land of the party of the first part, N. 69° 131 10" East 236.28
feet to land of Husing; thence along said land of Husing, S. 670 051
30" East 96.63 feet; thence along other land of the party of the
first part, S. 16° 131 1011 West 41.63 feet to said land of Flies;
thence along said land of Flies, S. 690 131 10" West 281.10 feet to
the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right of
way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which said
privilege is contained and recited in deed to George I. Tuthill,
at al, . dated April 17, 1928 and recorded August 13, 1928 in Suffolk
County Clerk's office in Liber 1368 of Deeds, at Page 24.
