2 . It shall not be obstructed in any way and the maintenance thereof
shall be the joint responsibility of all those having a right to use
said right of way for the time being .
3 . Said easement shall be perpetual and shall run with the land
but no easement or rights in said right of way shall vest in the general
public . It shall be a private right of way.
