paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs k

BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Bray Avenue, distant 425 feet northerly

RUNNING northerly along the easterly side of Bray Avenue 95 feet;
i Vic. THENCE easterly at right angles to Bray Avenue 160 fest;
THENCE southerly and parallel with Bray Avenue 75 feet; and
THENCE westerly again at right angles to Bray Avenue 160 feet to the easterly side
of Bray Avenue and the pointor place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right of way leading from

THAT the premises shall be used for residential purposes only and no dwelling erected -
thereon shall be for the use or occupancy of more than one family;:that not more than
one dwelling shall be constructed on the promises for each 50 feet of road frontage;
that no building or any part thereof shall be erected within 25 feet of the street
line; that no outhouses shall be maintained on the premises and no dwelling shall be
constructed on the promises costing less than $5,000.00. -
