erly side of Great Peconic Bay Boulevard;
RUNNING THENCE north 32 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds east,
along the southeasterly side of Great Peconic Bay Boulevard 340.15
feet to a monument;
THENCE south 12 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds east, along land
now or formerly of Powell, 564 feet to ordinary high water mark of
Great Peconic Bay;.
THENCE along ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay a
tie line course and distance of south 35 degrees 30 minutes 50
seconds west, 326.13 feet;
THENCE north 12 degrees 29 minutes 20 seconds west, along land
now or formerly of Regel, 543 feet to the southeasterly side of
Great Peconic Bay Boulevard, at the point or p13ce of BEGINNING.
Said premises being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the southeasterly side of Great
Peconic Bay Boulevard, which said point is where the division line
between the premises herein described and land now or formerly of

along the southeasterly side of Great Peconic Bay Boulevard,
340.15 feet to land now or formerly of Powell; thence South 12-
32- 40" East along said last mentioned land 710 feet to the shores
of Great Peconic Bay; thence southwesterly along the shores of
Great Peconic Bay to land now or formerly of Powell; said last
mentioned line being on a tie line South 370 35' 50" West 318.18
feet; thence North 120 29' 20" West along said last mentioned
land 668 feet to the southeasterly side of Great Peconic Bay
Boulevard, at the point or place of BEGINNING.

Irma L. Grady, one of the grantors herein, has been known by no other

The grantees herein, Peter J. Warren and Susan E. Warren, his wife,
herebelow affix their signatures to this instrument evidencing their
agreement to assume and pay the existing mortgage on the premises
described herein which was made to The North Fork Bank and Trust
Company by Robert B. Grady and Irma L. Grady, his wife, the grantors
herein, dated 8-/6 -/969 and recorded R-X 9-/967 in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber "J 7 at page /97, on which
