TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right
of way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which
said privilege is contained and recited in deed to George I. Tuthill,
et al, dated April 17, 1928, an d recorded August 13, 1928 in
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 1368 of deeds, at page 24.
SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions :
That the premises shall be used for residential purposely only
and no dwelling erected thereon shall be for the use or occupancy
of more than one family; that not more than one dwelling shall be
constructed on the premises for each 100 feet of road frontage;
that no building or any part thereof shall be erected within 25 feet
of the street line; that no outhouses shall be maintained ok the
premises; and no dwelling shall be constructed or maintained on the
premises containing an area of less than 800 square feet a�d costing
less than $10,000. 00.
