State of New York, August 17, 1925^ filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on October 5, 1925 as Map No. 212,
Being the same premises acquired by the Grantor herein together with her
husband, now deceased, by deed recorded in Liber 4329 cp 457.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the seller in and
to any littoral rights to the nearby tidal waters.
There has this day been executed by the party of the second part a purchase
money mortgage and bond in the am of 714ELYE THOUSAND ($12,000.00) Dollars,
bearing even date herewith, given to secure part of the consideration
expressed herein and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
