BEGINNING at a point distant the following two courses and distances
from a point on the northerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard where sameis

and the westerly side of land now or formerly of Beatrice M. Wasson &

beginning being along the common line which divides the northerly side of
said land now or formerly of Wasson and Kahn and the southerly side of
