S. Conklin, deceased, died seized and possessed.
This being a confirmation deed given to confirm a prior conveyance
by Isabelle S. Conklin during her lifetime dated January 26, 1954
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office January 26, 1954
in Liber 3644 page 44.
