as Tenants by the entirety, both residing at 43 Kensington Road,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
il' paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain Plot,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Suffolk, State of New York, on Peconic Bay Boulevard approximately
r ' 500 feet more or less, east of Bray Avenue, bounded and described
as follows:
Northerly by Peconic Bay Boulevard running from Mattituck to
j Jamesport, a distance of One Hundred (100) feet; easterly by land
of vestry Schuler; southerly by Peconic Bay a distance of One Hundred
(100) feet; and westerly by land now or formerly of Melville A.
Kelsey.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to the aforesaid Boulevard running from
Mattituck to Jamesport adjoining said premises to the centre line

and adjoining said premises.
Being the same premises conveyed by St. Clair Hester to James
Pullman by deed dated October 1, 1920 and recorded in the Clerk's
Office in Liber 1009 of Deeds page 265, and conveyed by James Pullman
to Mabel B. Pullman by deed dated August 23rd 193x, and recorded in
the Clerk's Office of Suffolk County in Liber 2004 of Deeds, page
489.
