THIS CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to two certain mortgages ex-
ecuted by GENEVIEVE MOXLEY and JOAN MOXLEY VICTORIA, as mortgagors to
SOUTHOLD SAVINGS BANK, as mortgagee recorded on April 22, 1966 in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4922 of mort-
gages -at page 523 in the sum of $7,000.00 and mortgage recorded re-
corded August 2, 1963 in the Office of .the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk in Liber 4163 of mortgages at page 60 in the sum of $15,500.00
and on which mortgages there is now due the aum of $20,454.44 and
interest.
