Van Tuyl, Greenport, New York, surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 15th day of January 1929 as Map N0.861, said tract or parcel being more particularly described as follows:- BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of Lot No.88 at the inter- section of the westerly side of Bray Avenue and the southerly side of Second Street-, running thence South 20 deg. 46' 50" East 70.0 feet along the westerly side of Bray Avenue to land now or formerly of Best; running thence along said land now or formerly of Best South 69 deg. 13' 10" West 150.0 feet to land now or formerly of Scully; running thence along said land now or formerly of Scully North 20 deg. 46' 50" West 70.0 feet to the southerly line of Second Street; running thence along the southerly line of Second Street North 69 deg. 13' 101' East 150.0 feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use the right of way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which said privilege is contained and recited in deed to George I. SUBJECT to a mortgage given by Raymond J. Krogman and Marie Ann Krogman, his wife, to The North Fork Bank & Trust Company to secure the payment of the principal sum of $15,000.00 dated November 3, 1966 and recorded in said Clerk's Office on November 16, 1966 in Liber 5065 of mortgages at page 152 upon which mortgage there is unpaid the principal sum of $14,101.02, together with interest thereon at the rate of six percent= per annum from January 3, 1969.
