between lands now or formerly of Cecil T. Young and Henry Romanowski;

southerly line of the main Road, 140 feet to a concrete monument and other
lands now or formerly of Cecil T. Young;
THENCE South 28 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds East, 172 feet to a
concrete monument and other lands now or formerly of Cecil T. Young;
THENCE South 59 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds West along the last
mentioned land 140. 45 feet to a concrete monument and other lands now or
formerly of Cecil T. Young;
THENCE North 28 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds West along the last
mentioned land 172 feet to the southerly line of the Main Road at the point or
place of BEGINNING.
The Grantor herein is the same person who acquired title from
Margaret C. Cornell, dated September 4, 1962, recorded September 4,
1962 in Liber 5225 cp 117.
