THIS INDENTURE,made the day of December .nineteen hundred and sixty-seven
BETWEEN CARL HENRY BESCH and ETHEL R. BESCH, his wife, both residing

party of the first part,and DIATTITUCK HOLDING CO. INC., a domestic corporation
maintaining its principal office at 370 Oakwood Road, Huntington,
Suffoll- County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten ($10.00)-----------

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successars and assigns of the patty of the second part forever, -
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being ffixkdc at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a paint on the northerly side of Main Road as
widened at the southwest corner of the premises herein described
adjoining the easterly side of premises now or formerly of
William Masten; running thence along the easterly side of land
now or formerly of William Masten North 34 degrees 15 minutes 00
seconds West 182.36 feet to land of the Long Island Railroad Co.;
running thence along the land of the Long Island Railroad Co. the
following three courses and distances: (1) North 47 degrees 06
minutes 40 seconds East 302.96 feet (2) North 26 degrees 38 minutes
30 seconds West 12 feet (3) North 45 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds
East 478.09 feet to the westerly side of land now or formerly of
C.A. Price s Co., Inc.; running thence along the westerly side of
land now or formerly of C. A. Price s Co., Inc. and land now or
formerly of H. Kersnewski, South 26 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds
East 425.37 feet to the northerly side of Main Road; running thence
along the northerly side of Main Road the following five courses and
distances: (1) South 52 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds West 34.31
feet; (2) South 52 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West 158.69 feet;
(3) South 63 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds West 241.91 feet; (4)
South 69 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds west 109.61 feet; (5) South 71
degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West 178.00 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed
by Carl Henry Besch and Ethel R. Besch, his wife, as mortgagors to
the North Fork Bank and Trust Company as mortgagees, which mortgage
is dated November 13, 1962 and was recorded on November 14, 1962 in
the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3983 of
mortgages at page 546, and on which mortgage there is now due the
sum of $5,81.7.91 with interest thereon at the rate of six (6) per
cent per annun from .May_r 13, 1967, and the grantee hereby
assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as
part of the consideration for this conveyance.
