that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being at Laurel, formerly Franklinville, in the Town of

BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Peconic Bay
Boulevard, distant four hundred and thirty-two feet and four tenths

Bay; thence northeasterly along the line of said Bay

point of beginning herein mentioned; and thence north fifteen
degrees and ten minutes west to Peconic Bay Boulevard at the i

Peconic Bay in front of and adjoining the premises above described.

the above described premises in the bed of Peconic Bay Boulevard,
to the center line thereof.
Being the same premises conveyed by Thomas H. Rushmore to
Leon L. Munier and Ida D. Monier, his wife-, by deed dated July 28,
1950, and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk
County on July 29, 1950 Liber 3106 cp 402.
