on a certain map entitled "Amended Phan of Property of Mattituck Park
Pronorties, Inc., f:7attitucl=., New York", male oy Daniel R. Young, sur-
veyor and which said map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on January 12, 1926 as Man No. 601.
I.
TOGETHER with the right to use, in common with the other owners of
lots shown on said map, the tract shown on said Hap. as Sigsbee Park,
for par}_ purposes, under such conditions, limitations and restrictions
as the Hattituck Park Properties, Inc., or its successors, may impose.
Such use to be such as in the unrestricted judgment of said Mattituck
Park Properties, Inc. will not unreasonably interfere with the use and
enjoyment of said Sigsbee Park by the other owners of lots on said Man.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part.
