of the State of New York; thence running North 200 27' 42" West
181.83 feet to the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of
' Wyche,; tftnce northerly along land now or formerly of Wyche,
Brunskill and Hobson, the fallowing two courses and distances :
(1) North 1$n 34' `-20" West 228.0 feet; (2) North 260 ' 41' 20" West
277.04 feet to land of the Long Island Rail Road; thence along said
land of the Long Island Rail Road the following three courses and

Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
The parties of the first part RESERVE to themselves, their heirs,
and. assigns, the right to pass and repass on foot or by vehicle
from Main Road (Route 25) over the travelled or dirt road now
located on the above-described property and parallel with the
westerly boundary thereof a distance of 181.83 feet (along a
course along the westerly boundary North 200 27' 42" West),
northwesterly from said Main Road (Route 25), to reach otherland
now owned by .the parties of the first part, located westerly. of
and adjoining the "southwesterly line of the aforementioned travelled
road.
