more particularly }wounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Peconic Bay Boule-
vard, distant 190 feet southwesterly from the intersection of the
northwesterly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard; running thence along

Nest 65 feet;
thence North 50 ° 13' 30" Nest, 95 feett
thence North 390 46 ' 30" East, 65 feet;
thence South 50° 13 ' 30" East, 95 feet to the northwesterly
side of Peconic Bay Boulevard, the point or place of beginning. ,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by wed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on July .31, 1956 in Liber 4153 cps, 278.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage amide by
the grantors herein to the Riverhead Savings Bank , Which mortga9e
is dated April 10, 1956 and was recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 2629 mp. 523 and on which mortgage there
is now due the sum of $8,214.33 , with interest thereon at the rate
of four and one-half (41) percent per annual from the lot day of
December, 1969, and the granteeshereby assume and covenant to pay
such mortgage debt and itnerest as part of the consideration for
this conveyance.
