Loper; re thence along said land, South 26 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 147.05 feet to land of John Krogman; thence along said land, two courses, as follows: (1) North 51 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 14.57 feet; thence (2) South 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 20.0 feet; thence along. land of Albert Casper on said line 100 feet easterly from the east- erly line of said Bray Avenue, North 20 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 149.56 feet to the place and point of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to Albo Drive adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Margaret G. Moore to John H. Kloppenburg and Marie B. Kloppenburg, his wife, by deed dated August 24, 1965 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 1, 1965 in Liber 5811 of Deeds at page 469. TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right of way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which said privilege is contained and recited in deed to George I. Tuthill, et al., dated April 17, 1928 and recorded August 13, 1928 in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 1368 of Deeds at page 24. The purpose of this deed is to cure the situation created when the first party having conveyed the prenises to IarFaret " Ncore, she failed to include the right of way on her conveyance to the Party of the second part herein,
