feet to land now or formerly of Margiamele; thence along said last
mentioned land two courses as follows: (1) South 110 14' 00" East,
50.70 feet; (2) North 880 181 50" East, 93.47 feet to the westerly line
of Wells Road; thence along said westerly line of Wells Road, South
10 41' 10" East 73.46 feet to the northeasterly corner of land formerly
of said Horace Case, later of Brooklyn Diocesan Camps; thence along

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by two deeds,
one from Harry Arena and Helen Arena, his wife, to Karl F. Graf and
Mable Graf, A/K/A Mabel Graf, his wife, by deed dated 10/18/1952 and
recorded 10/21/1952 in Liber 3424 cp 504 and the other from Katharine
Baylis Tuthill to Karl F. Graf and Mable Graf, A/K/A Mabel Graf, his
wife, by deed dated 8/13/1957 recorded 7/2/1968 in Liber 6374 op 411.
