THIS INDENTURE, made the 23 day of February nineteen hundred and severity-two

party of the first part, and
BOLESLAUS A. KUTZ and THERESA KUTZ, his wife, both

m The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed

O'Sullivan as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated March 16, 1970
D and was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk

o in Liber 5798 of mortgages, page 207, and on which mortgage there is
now due the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-eight
and 45/100 ( $25,858.45) Dollars with interest thereon at the rate of
six (6) percent per annum from the 16th day of February, 1972, and

the party of the second part hereby assumes and covenants to pay
such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration of this
conveyance.
