paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or suxessors and assigns of the party of the second part Tomer,

the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 22, 1970, as Map No. 5486,
bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Joseph Street where
the same is intersected by the northerly end of a curve having a radius
of 23.34 feet and a length of 38.27 feet, which curve connects the
1 southerly side of Joseph Street with the easterly side of Delmar Drive ;
THENCE along the southerly side of Joseph Street, North 71 degrees
23 minutes 40 seconds East 145.60 feet;
THENCE South 18 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds East 147.47 feet;
THENCE South 71 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds West 160.14 feet
to the easterly side of Delmar Drive;
THENCE along the easterly side of Delmar Drive, North 22 degrees
32 minutes 50 seconds West 122.81 feet to the southerly side of the
curve which connects the easterly side of Delmar Drive with the
southerly side of Joseph Street ;
"A THENCE along the said curve a distance of 38.27 feet to the

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streat and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

4 �i AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
n� whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
y1 AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
