1925", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on October 5th, 1925 as Map No. 212.
TOGETHER with the right to pass upon and over a strip of land
along the shore from beyond lots numbered One to Four, both inclusive,
for the purpose of boating, bathing and outdoor sports, and for ingress
to and egress from the waters of Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with the right to pass upon and over the South Oakwood
Road, as the same is laid out on said map above referred to.
THIS CONVEYANCE IS subject to a mortgage executed by Mildred A.
Husarek to the Southold Savings Bank Hated October 30, 1;61 1n the sum
of $5,500.00 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November
2, 1961 in Liber 3735 of mortgages at page 1 and a further o rcgage
executed by Mildred A. Reilly, formerly Hildred a Husarek to the
Southold Savings Bank dated March 10, 196" in the swr o; $',OOC.00
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Lurch 17, 1965 in
Liber 4610 of mortgages at page 33, which said mortgages were con—
solidated, and which said mortgage as consolidated there is now due
and unpaid the prii-nccciippall sum of $6,662.57 and interest.
