The premises herein was held as tenants by the entirety by Frederick Oettinger, who died on March 29, 1971 and his late wife, ANNA OETTINGER, who died on May 28, 19680 by deed dated June 1st, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 28, 1956 in Liber 4168 page 511.
