1931, under Map File No. 742, said premises being more particularly
bounded and described, according to survey of Alden W. Young,
Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, Dated July 31, 1961, (attached
to deed recorded in Liber 5029 of Deeds at page 407) as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument set at the northwesterly
corner of.the premises herein described (which point is South 510 07'
West a distance of 3.0 feet from the northwesterly corner of Lot No.
11 on said map);
Running thence North 51e 07' East a distance of 40.89 feet to a
point marked by a monument; Running thence on a curve to the right
(whose radius is 14.08 feet) a distance of 23.01 feet to a point
marked by a monument; Running thence South 35e 16' East a distance
of 157.92 feet; Running thence South 38e 24' West a distance of 58.12
feet; Running thence North 35° 16' West a distance of 185.74 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
