thence North 50 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds West 92.85 feet
to land formerly of Pasternak; thence along said land North
39 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 70 feet; thence South
50 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds East 93.19 feet to the North-
westerly side of Birch Drive, the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way from Peconic Bay Boulevard to
Peconic Bay for foot passage and bathing purposes only, which
right-of-way is more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Peconic Bay
Boulevard where the easterly side of the lands now or formerly
of Vincent Schott and Frederick Blankshire intersects same;
running thence along said land South 19 degrees 41 minutes
40 seconds East 528 feet, more or less, to the mean high water
mark of Peconic Bay; running thence easterly and Northeasterly
along said high water mark 25 feet, more or less; running thence
along land now or formerly of Ethel F. Turner the following three
