BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Marlene Lane,
968.44 feet southerly alonngg said line from the southeasterly line
of the Main Road (Route 25), being the southwesterly corner of land
conveyed by William P. Abibtz and Edward G. Abitz to James H. Maclellan
and wife and running along said land of James S. MacLellan and wife,
North 69d 201 50" East 154.12 feet to the east line of land of William
F. Abitz and Edward 0. Abitz; thence along said land of William P.
Abits and Edward G. Abitz South 210 011 50" East 75.0 feet to land
heretofore conveyed by William P. Abitz to Theodore W. C. Switsavage

recorded in the Suffolk County Markle office on July 14, 1952 in
Liber g3a8 of Deeds, Page 504; thence along said land so conveyed

TOGETHER with an easement for passage between Peconic Bay Boulevard

such right of way and euement my be granted, which right of way is

ALL that parcel of land situate near Mattituck, Southold Town,
Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
The easterly line of subject 10 foot right of way is described as
follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Peconic By
Boulevard, 200.20 feet westerly along said line from the north-
easterly corner of land of Haggerty Estate; and running along
said land of Haggerty Estate on a line parallel to the easterly
line of said land of Haggerty Estate and 200.0 feet westerly
therefrom South 900 E31 00" East. 500 feet, more or ins, to
ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Dy; the westerly
line of said 10 foot right of way is parallel to and 10.0
feet westerly from the easterly line herein described, and runs
from Peconle Day Boulevard to Great Peocnic Bay.
