BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard,
distant 450 feet southwesterly from the intersection of the south-
westerly line of land- of George J. Turner with the northwesterly side
of Peconic Bay Boulevard; running thence along the northwesterly side
of Peconic Bay Boulevard South 39" 46' - 30" West 70 feet; thence North
50° -13 ' 30" West 95 feet; ''thencb North 39° 46' 30" East 70 feet;
�) thence South 50 ° 13 ' 30" East 95 feet to the northwesterly side of
Peconic Bay Boulevard, the point or place of BEGINNING.,
TOGETHER with a right of way from Peconic Bay Boulevard to Peconic
Bay for foot passage only and, for bathing purposes as more fully
described in the deed dated March 19, 1952 recorded in Liber 3334
cp 320 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
Being and intended to be the same premises described, in deed. dated
September 14, 1964 and recorded in ,the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
on September 21, 1964 in Liber 5617 ap 286.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to two certain mortgages, namely,
mortgage made by Venteau -Construction Corp. as mortgagor to River-
head Savings Bank as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated January 6th,
1955 and was recorded on January 11th, 1955 in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 2341 of mortgages, page 424,
and mortgage made by Robert Sereno Guy, Jr. and Edith A. Guy, his
wife, as mortgagors, to Riverhead Savings Bank, as mortgagee, which
mortgage is dated February 11 , 1955 and was recorded on February 14,
1955 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber
2360 of mortgages at page 161 , which' mortgage was consolidated with
the mortgage in' Liber 2341 of mortgages , page 424 to form one first
lien. and upon which consolidated mortgages there is now clue the sum
of $even Thousand. Four Hundred. and Ninety and 14/100: ($7 ,490.14) .
Dollars with interest thereon. at the rate of 41 percent per annum .
