THIS INDENTURE, made the ~

the parry of the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings snd improvements thereon erected,

BE1NG AND INTENDED TO BE 'fHE same premises conveyed to the parry of the first pan by deed dated

TOGETHER with all right' title and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the at+ovc described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first pan in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the parry of the first pan covenants that the parry of the first pan has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE parry of the first part, in compliance ~~rith Section 13 of the Licn Law, covenants that the parry
of the first part will receive the wnsideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
considcmtion as a wst fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement bc;fore using any part ol'the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party'` shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so rcyuires.

ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel oC land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Last Marion. in the Town of Southold, County of Suftblk and State of Ncw
York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a 25 foot wide right-of--way, distant 200.0 Ceet westerly
along said 25 Coot wide right-of--way from the westerly boundary line of land now or formerly of
Stavrolakes, said point and place of beginning also being the division line between the within described
premises and land now or formerly of Bollman, where same intersects the southerly side of the said 25 foot
right-of--way;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Rottman, south 29 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds
east 210.0 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Gardiner's Bay;
THENCE along said high water mark along a tie line south 34 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds west 42.57
fcet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Foster, north 29 dcgrc~s 46 minutes 20 seconds west 217.0 feat to
the southerly side of the 25 Coot right-of-wuy mentioned above;
TFILNCE along said 25 foot wide right-of--way north 43 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds cast 40.00 fort W
the point and place of BEGINNING.
TOGE'T'HER WITH and subject to aright-of--way ovrr said 25 Foot wide right-of--way from the

thence northerly 25 feet in width along said land now or formerly of Stavrolakcs about 1100 feet to land
now or formerly of Florence Tuthill; thence northerly still along said land formerly of Welsh 16 feet in
width over said land now or formerly of Tuthill and over land now or formerly of Griffing to the Main
Road (Route 25).
