deeds, the first dated 8/I/ 1959, r«ord~d 8/1/1959 in Libor 4673, Page 67 (being the easterly portion of the
Premises and shown as Parcel I of Schedule A), and tlu: slrond dated 10/1/2003, recorded 10/24/2003 m Libor
12280. page 113 (being the westerly portion of the Premises and shown as Parcel II ot'Schnlulc A).
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines tllcrcof,
